We created a movement that would reintroduce the brand and reignite the Medtronic diabetes community.
Through emotive storytelling with a strong CTA, we developed a social campaign to unify the diabetes community via a three-part series—Your Definition, Shared Experiences, and Recognizing a #MedtronicChampion. Through this series, we launched a rallying call to join the #MedtronicChampion community together and empower them to share their stories.
Medtronic measured organic and paid efforts in which we exceeded the follower growth benchmark with 17.4K new followers across platforms. We secured over 600 uses of the hashtag (the benchmark was 450), a positive net sentiment of 98.2% (the benchmark was 91%), and generated 1.2M video views for the participation video on Instagram alone.
